I called 2 other Aerus, 1 no answer & the other left me feeling harrassed so i called this location. Wayne & Charlie were the best with showing me what was wrong with my OLD vacuum & allowing me with no pressure to think about some options for the future. I left feeling like I had gone on a mini field trip from the personal care, demonstrations & information.

I have an Electrolux upright vacuum for 30 years and it’s still working well. Just today I purchased an air purifier. I am pleased with all of my visits and have been treated well. I would recommend the Ellicott City store.

Just a shout out to Wayne at the Ellicott City, MD Aerus store who sold me a terrific Lux Upright Vacuum cleaner that is perfect for my needs and gentle on my back. It is still powerful and effective but without the weight of my 20+ year old Aerus. Very glad I purchased it!
