As a customer with Schagrin Gas for the last 26 years, the response time on New Year’s Eve was absolutely remarkable. I was supposed to have a delivery this morning when I checked my tank I smelled The gas leak call the emergency hotline. The dispatcher had a technician at my house approximately an hour later when he first arrived I was very impressed. He put safety cones out on the street protecting others from danger, the technician was very polite, And professional he diagnosed what was needed and dispatched an emergency truck to pump the exist Propane out of my tank safely Both technicians reviewed the situation and did everything safely to put the tank back in... read full review

I stopped by the Schagrin office and notified Holly that l needed a fill up. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming! I have not experienced any delays with propane deliveries. Thank you, Schagrin!
