John is amazing! I contacted him about creepy termites on my sun porch. He came out within a day, did a full assessment, assured me that it was an isolated situation, and since then—no more termites, even with changing weather! He was quick, thorough, and whatever treatment he used also took care of other occasional problematic bugs. His quick response, kindness and professional assurance that it was an isolated area situation completely made me breathe easier. Overall, great service, and I highly recommend him 😁
