Yesterday, we had a very bad yellow jacket issue in our master bedroom ceiling, directly over our bed. Very angry wasps started coming out through the ceiling into our home. I called InsectaPro and left a voicemail, and no lie – Rick called back within two minutes and he was there in 20 minutes to take care of the issue! Turns out the nest in our ceiling was huge and just about to fall through the paper-thin ceiling they had eaten through! He took care of it within an hour. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable. He even called later to follow up. Excellent service and will be using them again.
There’s not enough words in the English language to express how great a person Rick is. He was happy to educate us & super patient with ALL the questions we had for him.
