I took my mother to an appointment here and I had to come here to say that the staff is super friendly and professional. Ashley helped us schedule mom's next appointment and she couldn't have been friendlier. It is a breathe of fresh air to go to a medical practice where the staff are friendly and welcoming.

the staff and the physicians esp dr Reetz and dr Monteleone were Fabulous...recommend to anyone in Elkton...and i am a grouchy senior citizen....phenomenal service....Answering service needs help with vernacular english....seriously... no offense...just telling it like it is

The men and women do there best at getting you in and out as qui k as possible. I recommend anyone to visit if they have any issues what so ever.

I really wish I could give a 5-star review, since the 5-star reviews are so much more fun to write. Unfortunately, I have to report the truth. As a medical provider myself, I have a passion for excellent customer service and for treating all of my patients with compassion and respect. It is unfortunate that not all medical providers share this commitment to quality patient care.
The providers at this facility are lacking in up-to-date medical knowledge, work ethic, and customer services skills. Their billing department makes up imaginary charges for services that were not provided. I tried to work with this practice to improve their patient care, but they are clearly not willing to improve or to act with integrity. I would advise potential patients to go elsewhere, especially if you prefer not to be treated like garbage. I am still reeling from the abusive behavior of this practice's staff.
They sent me a miscoded bill 17 months after the appointment. I wanted to talk to them to get the bill properly coded to reflect the actual services provided. I also wanted to see why it took 17 months to bill me, since that seems like an extremely long time to wait to send a patient a bill. I contacted the office and they refused to speak to me about this. Apparently, they expect me to just pay an incorrect bill that they took almost a year and a half to send to me.
I share this not out of malice, but only to warn others so they will not have to experience the abuse that I had to experience and so that other patients will not be at risk of receiving fake bills for services that were different from what was actually performed. This practice has told me that they will not speak to me to clarify any of these issues. I am baffled that they expect me to pay bills for services that were not provided and they will not even speak to me to resolve the issues.
I will continue to pray for the staff of this practice. I hope that they will be willing to speak to me to appropriately address the issues of the unprofessional treatment and the false charges. I pray that we will be able to have a peaceful resolution and that staff will start behaving with compassion and integrity. I am willing to pay bills out of pocket for services actually rendered, but I am not willing to pay for services that were not performed.

Janine and Jessi are amazing. They always go above and beyond. The only complaint I have is the front desk. If you don't enjoy greeting or listening to people, don't do that job. The same woman also answers the phone and it doesn't matter how kind you are to her, she is rude.
