We had a great and speedy experience with Charles Moon Plumbing. They quickly scheduled a visit for our leaky toilet, which ultimately needed to be replaced. Within 2 hours, our old toilet had been removed, and a new one had been purchased and installed. The service technician was knowledgeable and friendly, so I highly recommend Charles Moon Plumbing services for all of your plumbing needs.
The work performed on the waterline was done well and efficiently. Ground prep and clean-up were done well especially considering it required removal of shrubs and part of a concrete walkway and involved creating and backfilling a pretty deep hole. Moon Contractors worked diligently and patiently. The only initial issue and schedule delay was due to the vendor not realizing the property was just within city limits and required permitting. Moon's role and the City of Newark's role appreciated.
Michael and his associate, Brandon, were knowledgeable, professional, quickly assessed the issue and helped me determine my options. Came into the house with skippers as it was raining out. Well done!!
