We had our roof, skylights, gutters, windows and siding done by Maryland Shingle in 2006 (ish). They did a wonderful job! This past week, we noticed a water stain in an upstairs closet and gave Mike a call, left a message and received a call within 1 hour.The next day a technician was sent out to do an inspection. Yes, that fast! It was discovered that some cracking around the roof vents had occurred. Maryland Shingle can be trusted to do a great job every time. The owner, Mike, is an honest, conscientious businessman who genuinely cares about his customers. After recommendations from neighbors, we used his company to replace the roof in our old house, and based on that positive experience we used them again for the roof and siding in our new Annapolis place. During the recent siding installation they uncovered significant structural rot near the chimney. This was a serious issue but Mike worked with us to implement a building-code-compliant fix, at minimum cost. Their work is top notch and we're very happy to recommend Mike and Maryland Shingle.
