I’m very disheartened because my 13 year old daughter is disappointed with the service of what she received m. First let me start by saying, I was under the impression the Owner, Ope was doing my daughter’s hair as I communicated with her and made the appointment with her, to find out when we arrived she wasn’t there. I was informed someone else was doing my daughter’s hair!! I called Ope and she told me she didn’t work on Mondays, after u made a 5p appointment with her. Long story short, we waited an hour, but another tech was called in to do the job.
Thus is the final result!!! Look closely!!! Ope said her tech said it didn’t look like that last night!! As soon as we got home u looked at my daughter’s hair snd this is how it looked!! I paid $160. I asked Ope to have her tech redo it, and order the hair we purchased cause my daughter is allergic to synthetic hair. She told me she could not, that’s not their responsibility and she refunded half the money back.
Some would sit, that’s cool!! But no!!! My daughter is upset and I feel by giving back half the money isn’t the solution to correcting her hair!!!

The manager Opie is awesome. She made sure that my hair was perfect and I was a very satisfied customer.. The stylist, Onie''' Braided my hair and let me tell you, she is awesome! She took her time and braided my hair, every strand was perfect. Not only will I refer my friends, but I will be bringing my daughter and becoming a regular customer because I want my hair fresh every month. Thank you Crown Braiding, you were the salon that I was searching for.

I found this amazing braiding salon in Elkridge MD! I had a crochet braid style with silver hair. The stylist was professional and did the exact style requested. The owner was pleasant and professional. The shop was clean and easy to locate. I will definitely be back.

I reached out to shop owner and expressed by dissatisfactionwith a braiding style that was done 1 day prior to my call. Ope informed me that they could fix and salvage the part of my hair that worked for me, redo and blend in with the rest of my hair. Ope went beyond and above and kept her shop opened past closing to accommodate my request. I arrived and Ope and Sheri worked to make my hair fabulous. Sheri was able to redo the back of my hair and include and match the style in the front of hair. Needless to say I was elated and pleased with the results. I would rate the service, professionalism, and accommodations a 10 plus. I plan to be a regular customer.

Senegalese twists were done beautifully!! Better than the picture I shared with my stylist for reference. The shop is cute and comfy. The staff were helpful and kind. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!
