I absolutely adore this location! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! They all treat you like your besties. Lovely. Knocking a star off only for their prices. They're a little on the steep side, but they also carry high end products. Just something to keep in mind.
I love how they let you bring the item back no fuss. It’s the best policy with cosmetics because you never know if you’ll break out, or if you like the way the perfume blends with you’re body chemistry. I’ve never had an issue with them except one time the manager didn’t give me a promo gift for opening up a card. But to be fair I had done it at another location the previous day. But I felt she could have had a nicer demeanor, as well as kindness. corporate said it’s a store to store policy. Westminiser tried telling me it was wrong when I asked them about a promo gift for opening a card. No one is one the same page in that respect. And it got really messy...read full review
I just had the pleasure of getting my hair done at this salon this afternoon. It was my first visit. I haven’t been to a hair salon in years because my hair has thinned out so much and I am very self conscious about it. Robin was so kind and expertly cut, dried and gave me tips on how to add volume. He made me completely comfortable and I will be returning for sure!
