S& K was fantastic to work with for our siding installation led by Marvin. The crew worked efficiently and finished the job in less time than estimated. They paid attention to detail and took care of everything in an expert fashion. They cleaned up after replacing rotted wood and took care of my gardens near the house. The house looks better than new!
June 2026 update: Quick and thorough service for sparrows nesting in a couple of gutter corners. Cleaned out and reinstalled covers. No other issues and still highly recommend these folks!

I recently had S&K replace the roof on my house. The crew arrived on time. They were very polite and immediately got to work. Everyone seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were extremely careful with my gutter guards and no damage was done. The crew worked very hard and were able to complete the job in one very long day. They cleaned up meticulously and I still haven’t seen one nail left behind. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend S&K.
