S&K is close to the best home contractor we’ve dealt with, and we’ve dealt with a TON. They did lots of different stuff for us — siding, a window, a door, gutters, a portico. Great craftsmanship, punctual, reliable, communicative. Our sales rep (Zack) was remarkably helpful, patient, and responsive. Prices are competitive — they came in lower than a comparable company. I’m going to hire S&K for more jobs!
This is the 5th or 6th project we have done with S&K and it's always a smooth process. Choosing a front door is a difficult task, but Chad was very responsive with my billions of questions and Mandy and Katie in the office were wonderful to work with. The installers were very clean and professional. Highly recommend!
A large tree fell on to our screened porch. The repair work turned out great. We have used S&K for several home improvement projects (new roof, gutters, siding) over the years. They are reliable, honest and priced fairly. Thank you!
