Won’t go anywhere else. Had major problems of terrible customer service at another facility and tried Patriot Care because I refused to go back to express care. So thankful I did. It’s night and day. Everyone is kind and caring and they take great care of you.
It was a very good experience. My wife was taken care of very quickly and my wife has hearing issues and the staff were very considerate and patient with her. Would definitely recommend.
Provider listened to what I was saying and treated based on my experience. Very refreshing when too many providers these days treat based on assumptions that contradict the patient’s experience.
