Work was adequate but billing practices are not efficient. Did not appreciate an implication that the bill was unpaid when it was mailed on Monday, the 14th of April. We did not receive a bill until April 11 indicating that payment was due on April 7?????? Makes you wonder if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing????? The administrative personnel NEVER return phone calls.
Awesome Company. They are efficient and everyone is extremely delightful to work with. I had my new home insulated with them, and it felt more like a Partnership compared to being just a contractor. If there were 6 stars, they deserve 7!
We got several different bids for different types of insulation products for our 1500+ square foot attic in North Bethesda, but Dennis Wilston of USI Carroll was by far the most professional and knowledgeable rep we met with. From the onset, he was thorough in his inspection, and patient with all of our questions. His quote was fair and even though we had to wait several weeks for our appointment, it was totally worth it. His crew did an amazing job airsealing and insulating the entire space. And left their work are perfectly spotless. The Montgomery County inspector even commented on how great a job Dennis' crew did.
