I am a new patient because I moved from a different county. I was impressed that when I scheduled an appointment I was able to get in within a couple weeks of making a phone call for my annual exam.
The check in process was very simple and my wait time was only 10 minutes from my appt time. Mrs Jennifer Price was my CRNP and was phenomenal!! She was so friendly and calming as she could see I was apprehensive. She really took the time to find out my history and issues I've been having. She tastes me like I was high priority and that she was definitely looking out for my best interest. Nurse practitioner Jennifer Price and her assistant were absolutely amazing during my visit. It was noted in my file that I have Vaso vagal syncope ( I pass out alot) and they were very attentative to that. They made my visit amazing by keeping the atmosphere fun and non medical as possible which helped in a big way from me not passing out. The only thing I feel bad about is not remembering the assistants name because she helped along with Jennifer. I will always go to this location because of the care and compassion they treated me with. I know this is these ladies careers and they do this everyday but they went up over and beyond. Jennifer Price and her staff were fantastic. This is my first new GYN in over 20+ years and I was nervous about switching but she made the whole experience easy. She doesn't rush you, she takes her time with your appointment and makes you feel like a friend and not just a patient. They took me earlier then my scheduled time, which never happens and the front desk receptionist was kind and friendly.
