I am beyond happy with Shannon's Pretty Paws. I called to find out what I needed to do to have our Blue Heeler's nails trimmed. I explained that my dog does not like to have his paws touched and being herding dog he could nip as a response. I further stated that he had to be medicated all the time in the past. She was very kind, listened and told me to bring him without meds to see how he does without. We took Rocky over, she introduced herself and they clicked. In short order he was done. No Meds!! This is a big deal. He has been medicated every time for 6 years to have his nails trimmed. I am unable to do it myself and fearful due to his all black nails.
Shannon’s Pretty Paws did a beautiful job grooming our Keeshond. She has lots of hair and was well overdue for some sprucing up. They worked over to make everything perfect. Very much appreciate their attention to detail. Highly recommend this shop and also to book ahead!

I'm a newish dog mom and have recently been bringing my Benji here. We tried one of the commerical groomers and it was too overwhelming. I remembered using Shannon's Pretty Paws when I would foster, so I decided to come here. The team here is really great at taking their time. I'm never worried on if my little guy is going to spend his whole day in a crate. Whenever I come there is never more than 4-5 dogs at a time in the salon. Which works great for my little guy because he gets easily overwhelmed with a lot of noise, smells, and dogs.
