This was my first visit to Mona's. I found their Instagram page and fell in love with their nail designs. Everyone was kind, nail tech was fast, efficient, friendly. I showed her a design and she did wonderfully with my fill-in and design. I was 3-4 weeks past due smh she HOOKED ME UP!!! Definitely coming back to do a pedicure and bring my mom too.

The owner Ms.Mona,her husband and Ms.Sue the person who usually does my nails are all exceptional and always nice.They care about the work and their customers.I have seen customers who get very rude and mean to them but they still manage to exude care and kindness. I have been going to this salon for 4years and found them after trialing other places in the area. I am always happy to come back when they are busy but I won't go anywhere else.Thank you, Ms. Sue and Ms.Mona for always being accommodating. Always great service.

Every time I come here there is always a long wait, whether I call ahead or not. like who wants to spend 3 hours of their day at the nail salon to get a fill. They need to be honest with the customers when people walk in and tell them how long it’s going to be, you can’t just expect people to wait 30 mins every time they come in to even get started on the mail process which already takes forever. If you let your customers know that it’s going to be a few minutes then they can plan accordingly and not feel the need to leave a bad review.Services: Dip powder
