Initially before I arrived, I called because I seen on the website. They close at 5 o’clock when I called. I said hey I know you guys close at five. I was wondering if I can come in today she say yes it’s only 2 o’clock. See you soon when I got there. I asked her several things which she recommend. She said she couldn’t tell me what she recommend because it was for my hair I then told her what I wanted, which was a washing set I got to the chair again she asked me again. What did I like? I went in for a silk press. They put too many oils in my hair making my silk press really stiff. I wrapped my hair as soon as I got home. Ac on and I’m not one to sweat. I unwrapped my hair an hr later and it was extremely poofy. Even when I left the salon my hair wasn’t silky. They did not flat iron the roots of my hair. I feel like it was a rushed job
I really considered not leaving a review since my visit was back in October of 23 and a lot of time has passed. I’m still very shocked and disappointed with how my hair ended up after my experience. I was 8mos pregnant at the time and it was the day of my baby shower. I just wanted a silk press. I had lived in the area for my whole life and never been to this salon. She was booked when I called to come in the day of, but she called me back because someone cancelled. I thought to myself, this had to be God I because wow I got a hair appt last minute and the salon was just right up the street. I went in and she still had someone in the chair which I didn’t mind at all....read full review
