Vulcan Inspections comes very highly recommended through word of mouth. The service is very punctual, well-priced, and extremely detailed. Inspectors are personable, thorough, and take their time to perform an educational inspection of the property, explaining findings in an easy-to-understand yet detailed manner. They go above and beyond to check every part of a home. For first-time buyers, they take time to educate on how problems could be fixed. The service is quick to respond, very friendly, and honest. Customers highly recommend Vulcan Inspections and state they will use them again for any future home purchase, confident in their high quality service for a great price.
We learned about Vulcan Inspections through a word of mouth referral. Steve came VERY highly recommended so we decided to give him a go. He was very punctual, well-priced, extremely detailed, personable, and more importantly, took his time to perform an educational inspection of the property. He checked in several times to see how the home-buying process was going and if there was need for any clarification. I highly recommend Vulcan Inspections and will use them again in the future.

If I could give Steve 6 stars I would. Steve went above and beyond to make sure every part of my home was completely inspected. As a first time home buyer, he also took the time to educate me on how certain problems could be fixed in the future. He was just a pleasure to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector. I am very confident that any home I buy in the future will most certainly be inspected by Vulcan Inspections.
