This company practices unethical billing processing. They took my sample, then charged me for it on one code. Then use another code to send the sample to the lab called Annapath. Then when Annapath got it, they do nothing and forwarded the sample to another company called AccessGenetics then charged me again for forwarding the sample. When the sample got to AccessGenetics they charge me again for the lab works. So 4 times for the same work.
