I'm a small business owner who accountant shopped for quite some time, Joe & his team are phenomenal and so lovely to work with. I work most closely with Cathy - her knowledge, expertise, and ability to guide her clients is top tier! RCN & Associates LLC is an amazing organization! We have had both our personal and small business taxes prepared by both Lauren and Bob for years now, and we have never had any issues at all! In fact, they go out of their way to make sure that we are doing everything right and we get the maximum refund available. They are always available for questions and are quick to respond. I can't recommend them enough. We will continue to use their services for many years to come.
I highly recommend RCN and Associates. I started working with them a few years ago when my other accountant didn't come through on my taxes. I had to find a new accountant and tax help quickly. RCN and Associates came highly recommended, and with good reason. From the get go, they were incredibly professional, helpful and went beyond what I would have expected in the way of help. I have been using them ever since to prepare both my business and personal taxes and am constantly impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to answer all of my pesky questions.
