After reading Traci's review, I had to come back and comment. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem. Not only do they do a great job with their services, they are always very customer oriented and fun. Tom does my niece's gel mani/pedi every 2 weeks and is always very kind and engaging with her. He brings her out of her shell and she talks to him and laughs continuously. I went here with the previous owners and it was a humdrum atmosphere. Mai and Tom are a breath of fresh air, always kind and funny. I don't believe at all that TOM was mean to a client. Great place.. my nails came out grate. Good quality, evan better price. The owner is wonderfully,and very informative on everything she was doing.
Cleanliness: Clean welcoming feeling.
They really pay attention to detail here. Staff were very friendly and the place was super clean.
Specialties: I got a deluxe pedi with gel polish and a mani with builder gel and gel polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed.
