Massages have been wonderful, with great pressure and focus on areas like the back, calves, and hamstrings. I have been getting massages here since they opened, the other day I decided to get a facial because Hialey the owner said I would look younger haha but it was great and today I took my granddaughter to get a head spa and at 13 she loved it now couple of her friends are going to get one, they have always been professional and great customer service I think they really want you to feel better when you leave, i suggest you try the facial with steam or head spa and pamper thyself once in a while thanks massage one
So…I got a gift card for 90 minutes massage this year, NEVER they specified was a “cash coupon” or something like that, when the person call to make an appointment, they ask for the amount of the gift card and they said in fact it was a 90 minutes massage. then AFTER the person went and had his massage they told him the price went up and he had to pay extra, sorry, but make no sense for me trying to charge extra for something someone got when the price was lower, even more when was a GIFT CARD! And do it after the service, this ins UNETHICAL! And then after what supposed to be an relaxing experience, then they start asking for tip, I understand the person who provide...read full review
I have always had a great experience. Tonight my massage was cut short by 11minutes had to say something and then go back in to get the remaining time.
There has also been a price increase of $10 since I last came in the last 3wks. No mention of it until I went to pay.
Really disappointing because I really enjoyed going there and the massage has always been great!
Not sure if I will be returning now.
