Waiting for an appointment took weeks, but I can respect that given she is a one person salon. However, the product did not match the expense or time. She desperately needs to work on customer service, especially for new clients. She comes off as if you need her, not her appreciating your business. She seemed very annoyed. Her area was not updated or very clean (not the way you expect, especially during COVID). I was very disappointed and ended up touching up my nails. The design was off, the shaping was off, my middle finger nail is crooked, and they're thicker than I like (should have been "shaved" down considering there is too much acrylic which makes... read full review
