“Chavez landscaping is great. I just text the owner and he sends his guys and the lawn and backyard look great. They even power washed my fence in the backyard. They even installed my front railing in a few days. They had a hard time drilling holes in my concrete for the railing but they never complained. I have MS and my in-laws are in their 80s so we really needed a railing for our concrete stairs. I left it to him to purchase the design and I'm really pleased with it. Mr. Chavez and his workers are wonderful very respectful and courteous. If you need gardening he's a good person to go with.“

“I contacted Tim because i was looking for an arborist to evaluate the health of several giant trees sitting very close to my home, and Caliber had glowing reviews. Tim came out and assessed the trees knowing I may not use his tree removal services. Ultimately, I did end up using them, and after having Tim and his crew out here for a couple of days, I would like to add to these 5 star reviews! “For 10 years, we have lived in a house in a cookie cutter neighborhood with a backyard that was almost unusable. First, it had several large trees that would drop leaves and sticks, covering our ground and blocking the sun- all bad recipes for attempting to grow grass. Second, we had water drainage problems- our backyard became a pool every time it would rain because we were lower grading that all of our neighbors.Andrew from Peddicord’s lawn and landscape worked with us to figure out what we were looking to do, learned our vision, and designed a solution for us to make full use of our backyard, while improving drainage and giving us a space to entertain.I don’t know where to start- they removed the trees that were causing problems, they designed beautiful and fully functional hardscaping, including a gorgeous fireplace, wall seating, built-in lighting, gazebo, and vegetable garden. They fixed our drainage problems by designing a rain garden and filling it with native plants. They finished it off with an irrigation system and new bed of grass (first time we have been able to grow grass since we bought our home) and landscaped the gardens throughout the property.Andrew Peddicord and his team can do everything- from the landscaping and hardscaping to the continued care and maintenance. They are full service and they do their work meticulously with an eye focused as much on form as on function. We watched the workers day after day select blocks for our many retaining and seating walls that fit the best in their place. We watched them labor in the hottest months of the year to finish the project in a timely manner. “We used Olmo Bros to renovate our pool 2 years ago. I was thoroughly impressed with Gene and his team throughout the process. We had an older pool that needed new everything (plaster, coping, spa, tanning ledge, equipment, pool deck, autocover, etc.). Starting with the initial meeting, Gene was very responsive in his proposal at a fair price, and worked with the county to quickly get all approvals (not as trivial as it sounds given our pool’s location). The work was completed without any change orders and on schedule.Gene is very hands on with his projects. He has a reliable crew as well as subcontractors for the trades that Olmo Bros don’t do themselves. When we had an issue with the stone providers that was potentially delaying start of construction, Gene worked with us on an alternate approach that saved us money and time, and resulted in an even better deck for our property.With any substantial project it is important for the homeowner to be engaged and it was easy working with Gene to address anything that came up during construction. After completion, as soon as we raised any punchlist or warranty items to him he was on it right away.I highly recommend Gene and Olmo Bros Construction for pool/hardscape/landscaping projects of any size.“
