I left my instrument to be cleaned 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. Today 2 weeks after Thanksgiving I am still waiting for their call to pick up my instrument. It is a new instrument but it has not been cleaned for a few years. My daughter has a concert next week, so I decided to call instead of driving there because their hours are odd. My instrument has not been cleaned and it has been out with their rentals. The lady told me her employee put it in the wrong spot. Pick up next week, 2 days before the concert. Adding after picking up the instrument **** Looks beautiful! They cleaned it very well. It took a bit, but I am glad it was in good hands.

Great service - I had both my professional level bach trumpet and professional ymaha (yts 62 III) tenor sax repaired at this store. The service was very quick even though it was the holiday season! I would totally recommend Brass On Ivory Music!!

Brass on Ivory is a gem of a music store! It is a family owned business owned by Bill and Lynn Swigart who are fine, trustworthy people and excellent musicians and teachers. Their lesson rate is the going rate everywhere, and a bit less than larger companies. I am a retired military band musician and teacher so know the business and recommend their store to my lesson families. They have a good selection of music books for the aspiring musician and Bill is an experienced repairman so they have all the bases covered. Lynn also seeks out hard-to-find gifts for musicians which are affordably priced.
