I ordered a PRS SE NF3 from Bay Tunes and I could not be happier. The communication was amazing, the shipping was fast, and the guitar is just out of this world. The frets are nice and level and they made sure the guitar came ready roll. Will definitely be buying from them again!!!.. Just don't tell me wife hah

Amazing customer service! Chatted with them online Monday evening (7-7-25). Placed my order around 430pm. Order was received Wednesday (7-9-25). I live in Ohio so not super close. Could not recommend these guys enough. Will definitely be buying from again. Thanks Bay Tunes!

Last year I purchased a PRS SE A60 from an Internet supplier. Nice guitar but it had issues, it was not properly set up. Took it to a local luthier who, for $70 aligned a fret or two and adjusted the neck. Nonetheless it felt like climbing a mountain anywhere above the 10th fret. Took it Bay Tunes and for $20 they set it up right! Now it is easily playable from the nut to the 15th fret (and beyond.)
