We are thrilled with our new Mendota landscape gas fireplace from Bay Stoves and their customer service! Nick was great to work with from the sales perspective, and we felt the quote to fully install was pretty fair. Eric came out to take some measurements and see what all would need to happen for us to have a new unit. He patiently answered all our questions and was thorough in his work. Install day went very well, and we were extremely impressed with the efficiency and cleanliness of the crew. Nick, in the showroom, was super knowledgeable and great to work with. All options were available for me to see and choose from in the showroom and that was great.
The install crew was excellent. On time, clean, kind, professional, and thorough. The end product is beautiful!
We are really excited about the Mendota fireplace that was installed. Five Stars, no doubt.

Every person I interacted with at Bay Stoves, from the first time I entered the beautiful showroom to the months following the installation of my gas fireplace insert, has been highly knowledgeable, professional, personable, and kind. These people do business the “old fashioned” way where customer relationships, quality, and integrity are valued. I had the BEST experience and HIGHLY recommend Bay Stoves to everyone!
