The electrician was knowledgeable and efficient. In addition he was personable and instructive. As a result I was able to direct BG&E personnel to the probable cause of my partial outage but will also be able to protect my home by turning off breakers that are affected.

B&D Bobby, Summerlyn, Kevin and Travon were the team that got my Kohler generator running in the middle of the snow and ice storm we had. Kevin and Travon had to risk walking across ice covered access to the generator. B&D is at the top of my list of dependable contractors I can call especially in an emergency as we had.

My family has three homes each with a Kohler generator. A few years ago, each one was in varying states of disregard, as the family electrician who installed and serviced them had moved away. I was tasked with finding a resource from scratch, with no prior knowledge. I am so pleased that the first name that came up on my Google search for “home generator repair” was Bausum & Duckett. Now, all three are not only humming along, but I have a relationship with experts and a very attentive home office.
