Arundel Gas & Water Conditioning

I have been a long term customer for their water service for many years . I have always had great customer service and their techs are on time , professional and very efficient with how they work and best use of time. I buy my supplies from them in Edgewater and recently had some issues with my chem pump. Brian was fantastic in helping me source the right parts and helping diagnose the issue and confirming what i was seeing after install was correct . Cant say enough about the people there in in the office !

Absolutely horrible company! They flat out LIED to me and I caught them on my cameras! I was billed for a minimum tank fill up, but the tank was not filled. I have the video to prove it! The customer services is a joke, and the supervisor is never in to return calls. I would think twice about using this company as they have VERY deceitful practices. - REVISION - I have raised my review from 1 to 3. Customer service rep I spoke with today was very nice and helpful. Supervisor called me back apologized for the error and waived all fees. Mistakes happen, but they fixed them.

We were completely out of propane and they made it priority to take care of us right away. They have always been great in the 4 yrs. we've lived here. But this time the driver was just extremely nice and even helped me get our tricky water heater going again. He was so sweet, I asked him if he could open a spaghetti sauce jar too..lol. Just want to say in this day and age, professionalism isn't the usual. They were all very professional in every way. And we sure appreciate it
