“Walk in shower installed 8/21, all day job. Very pleased EXCEPT one issue. Sliding door handle bangs together. They were notified of the situation. Someone came out within days made their assessment of the situation--a sliding door had to be ordered ( shower was still useable ). Two and half weeks past ' finally' came in--had to schedule an installation date for that. Upon making the correction installer noted it was the wrong sliding door ordered. Granted, I was a bit frustrated for $17k but I was assured it would be corrected, so I rolled with that....their bonding word! Long story short --it's fixed, they immediately replied replaced correctly corrected all issues and I'm pleased. They were very attentive to my concerns..they kept constant communication with me.
