I’ve been training for about five years. I was recently visiting St Michael’s for about a month, and found The Lab while looking around online for a place to train. The owner, John, was very responsive when I reached out and invited me to come check out a few classes. What I found when I arrived was a great facility with plenty of mat space, and a very talented and articulate head instructor. The students are friendly, the jiu jitsu is great, and I can’t wait to come back next summer. I trained with The Lab for three weeks, and John wouldn’t even let me pay him. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a place to train in the Easton area.
I was in town for work and I stopped by to train. The team accepted me and treated me like their own during the week while I was there. Good training, great instruction, and insight along with wholesome training partners and people.
We had my sons 2nd birthday here in February and the kids had a blast! We turned on music and the “disco” party lights and the Lab supplied balls, blocks, tunnels, and climbing foam blocks to play with. All the kids had fun and got some major energy out!
