I was in town for work and I stopped by to train. The team accepted me and treated me like their own during the week while I was there. Good training, great instruction, and insight along with wholesome training partners and people.
We had my sons 2nd birthday here in February and the kids had a blast! We turned on music and the “disco” party lights and the Lab supplied balls, blocks, tunnels, and climbing foam blocks to play with. All the kids had fun and got some major energy out!
The best place ever! I go here to take self defense and martial arts classes. I have also made a lot of friends and memories while having fun learning in these classes. I love this place and would never go to another business for my martial arts and self defense needs!
