And then there’s Brad and Derek, our general contractors—where do I even begin? Brad, in particular, treated this home as if it were his own. He caught details we would never have noticed, correcting and perfecting them—even if it meant taking extra time. His eye for perfection gave us a final product beyond what we could have imagined, and his advice became something I leaned on constantly. Derek was equally invested, ensuring the entire process was executed with the highest level of care.

Yes, we went over budget. And I can honestly say I don’t regret a single dollar. The end result is a home that not only respects its original design but shines brighter than ever before.
