Pulse and Beats is a beautiful studio that offers Pilates classes in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Instructors are well-trained, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They help students perform to their best ability and advance at their own pace. The studio has great equipment and is a fun place to meet new friends. Pilates at Pulse and Beats has been shown to target areas like the core, improve strength, and decrease back pain.

    I highly recommend Sunday morning Power Yoga with Brittany. Don't let the Power description scare you! You will work hard, but smart. Brittany's cues are excellent. Poses are intentional. If you are an experienced yogi, you can always learn something new. If you are just beginning the practice, she will help you get your best form right from the start! Bonus: Amazing artwork on display!

    I highly recommend Brittany’s yoga class. Her intentional instruction focuses on breath work, strength, mobility, and flexibility, leaving me feeling grounded and strong at the end of each class. Britt has a gift for guiding the class as a community while also tailoring her instructions on an individual basis so everyone can meet their needs/goals.

    Brittany's Turkey Burn yoga class was excellent! She is a wonderful instructor who gives clear directions, modifications, and advacements, which makes her class accessible to all levels. Definitely recommend and can't wait to take a class again!
