My friend and I had an okay experience. The instructor was nice, if reasonably tired. It was a less structured class than I'm used to, but I believe that matches the vibe of the area and for the right audience, it would be perfect.
What's really great about this place is how welcoming it is. No matter what age body type, stage in life or anything everyone seems comfortable and welcome here and I think that's what is so appealing about this vs other yoga studios, I love the atmosphere and the Variety of services offered here and the fact that kristi is so open to trying so many different things to add to customer experience, aerial yoga being a new personal favorite. Highly recommend this place to anyone at any level of yoga experience
