HomeCall of Easton provides professional and courteous in-home therapy and nursing care. The staff is very professional and courteous and knows their job very well. Patients report having a very nice experience, noting that the nurses honestly care about the people they help, unlike other providers where it can seem like just a job. The team includes nurses described as awesome, super sweet, and the best, who provide caring support. The office itself delivers awesome experiences. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the home care services we received. Stephanie, the nurse who provided care during the visits, was absolutely amazing. She was caring, compassionate, patient, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
Stephanie treated us with kindness and respect and never made us feel like just another visit. She took the time to listen, answer questions, explain things clearly, and make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Had knee surgery on October 28th. Home call therapist came to my house 2 days a week for 3 weeks. Everyone was very professional and courteous and knew there job very well. Would highly recommend them.
I had a very nice experience with Home call. My wife has MS and she used a different health care provider. I was lucky enough to have Home Call for my nurses.The nurses from the company my wife had seemed like it was a job to get a pay check. The nurses that I was lucky enough to get you could tell that they honestly cared about the people that they helped. I only know the first names of the nurses that took care of me, their names were Jennifer she was my main nurse and she was the Best. The other nurse that took care of me was named Justeen.
These two Ladies need to be recognized. Home call is Very lucky to have them on their team .
