I have been training at Fit4Life with Brittany for 2 years. My daughter started going there when she was in high school and encouraged me to join her. The facility is clean, well maintained and has a variety of equipment. No 2 workouts are ever the same. The workouts are tailored to your fitness level whether you are a college athlete like my daughter or whether you are an almost 50 year old trying to stay fit like I am. The environment is challenging but encouraging. I highly recommend Fit4Life!

If you are looking for a professionally run Gym in Easton this is the place! Not only is the gym immaculate but they also have lots of perks like towel service, free coffee and snacks. My trainer Craig has been fabulous in designing the workouts to help build muscle and tone up. Never crowded, super clean and it's always a pleasure to workout at Easton Fit4Life.

I have been training at Fit4forLife for two years. It is an immaculate facility with state of the art equipment. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to figure out your individual goals and tailor your workout plan to fit your specific needs. As a distance runner, I was looking to increase my speed, incorporate strength training and stretching. My trainer, Brittany Harris, creates specific workouts designed to meet my goals.
