Everyone at Aspen Dental in Easton, MD was just incredible. The receptionist was very friendly, nice, the X-Ray tech was so kind, the Dentist, Dr. Brown was kind, very quiet, the hygienist professional, the person who I met with to discuss options, was exceptional. Not only was she kind, caring, but very knowledgeable and detailed about options, methods of treatment and procedures, and finances. Everything was printed out for me in detail. I was embarrassed to go because it had been some time since I had been to the Dentist due to life circumstances. No one diminished my issues, but were supportive and respectful. I had a tooth emergency and they saw me ASAP even as a new patient. I was in and out quickly with a game plan to tackle my issue. Even though I had to drive an hour to get there, it was absolutely worth it.
