Been with Dental Choice since the 70's. Love all the dentist that I have ever had there. But my question is, is it normal for Dr. P not to answer his emails? Sent one a few weeks ago with no answer or phone call. I would think losing me as a patient would require a written letter, not a phone call fro a hygienist.

Dental Choice has always been kind to me. Dr. Phillips has been very patient and kind with me when my crown came off and I was very frustrated. He has a great staff working for him. He took care of my crown and I was very pleased with his work. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
