Based on the reviews, Mathnasium of Dunkirk provides personalized math tutoring in a positive and productive environment. The staff is amazing, patient, kind, supportive, and helpful. Instructors and the manager are professional and competent. Students work 2-3 times a week on math they need extra help with, and they enjoy the bonus of earning rewards. The center has helped students improve remarkably in a matter of months. One student who hated math and struggled with fundamental concepts now has math tied with science as a favorite subject. Another student has become increasingly more confident in math skills. A student has truly thrived, earning an A in advanced math as an 8th grader. Beyond the grade, the most exciting part is seeing confidence grow and curiosity for learning expand. Mathnasium has turned math into something genuinely enjoyed, and that joy shows in progress and attitude. Highly recommended to anyone.
My son has been going to Mathnasium for a little over a month now and is making great progress! The instructors do a great job of making sure he’s progressing while keeping it fun and enjoyable for him. I highly recommend for anyone who’s child is struggling with math or to simply challenge them to push further.
Jimmy and the team brought my oldest son up to where he needed to be academically for success entering DeMatha and maintaining advanced placement for the last two years. They have provided exceptional support to date including with my youngest son, soon to take full advantage of Mathnasium as he prepares for his high school placement testing and DeMatha testing. Shout out to Jimmy and the team! They have helped us navigate and implement our children's ongoing success!
