Deep Dive crew arrived when they were scheduled, located the broken pipe under the the floor. They partially cleared and opened the roof drain. With the aid of a camera system they were able to diagnose and recommend a fix using an inside the pipe repair, came back in a few days and completed the repair.

I was having trouble with my 10 month old. He was diagnosed with eczema and I did not know why. We tried medicine and every STERIOD CREAM AND OINTMENT you could think of. I went to see an allergist last week, he asked me if I we had hard running from our well to our home. He informed me that could be the reason why my sons skin condition was worsening. I called TJ and told him of my situation. He came to my home immediately tested my water, the ph was off and my well water was 9 times over the limit of whatv is considered exceptable drinking water.

Deep Dive Plumbing just replaced my 20 years old water heater. The process was simple, starting with a phone conversation on possible options and their cost/impact. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear (my endless questions were all patiently answered), price was fair, and everything was timely.
I went with the heater + mixing valve + booster proposal as I was replacing a larger heater, which provides me more hot water than I had before (likely far more given how old my heater was).
