Reviews
Curtis and team were fantastic from beginning to end. Thorough testing was done but so much pause was taken to avoid just tearing into the house - truly appreciate the conservative approach. Curtis was very patient and willing to continue pursuing looking though when I really felt something wasn’t right and together we were able to find the hidden issues. We used Benko Disaster Restoration for multiple remediations and have been very happy with their service.
Curtis and his team remediated mold in both our basement and attic. They easily pivoted when more mold was discovered and continued the remediation of the new area seamlessly. I felt safe through the entire process, and his communication went above and beyond. Curtis showed consideration for my health issues- he is very customer-focused. Highly recommend!
