We are so pleased with our new HVAC unit! Eddie was competent, meticulous, hard working and was willing to take the time to show me how to set up and use the app on my phone for our new thermostat. He explained everything about our new unit and cleaned up after working. Highly recommend this company!
Pinnacle has been great! Moving into a 100-year-old house and figuring out how to heat and cool it without going broke is an adventure but they're making it as easy as possible. In addition to maintaining our unit, they're recommending what to do when it needs to be replaced and their recommendation isn't the biggest fanciest HVAC you can find. Instead it's scaling to something that's actually appropriate to the house and finding efficiency to get the most bang for our buck. Extremely happy thus far.
Great service from Pinnacle - saved us lots of money! Our furnace had a problem and we called emergency services from a company over the weekend. The person who came quoted $1450 to replace the faulty inducer motor ($1305 for the part) but it couldn't be done until Monday. For that price, we were prepared to just buy a new furnace since ours is over 20 years old. Pinnacle had installed a new heat pump for us around 10 years ago when that needed to be replaced and it has been working fine so we thought we would contact them this past Monday.
