We originally had a backsplash installed over one counter in our kitchen. When we decided to have another backsplash installed over a second counter and our first contractor flaked on us we found Otis Home Improvement. Communication and responsiveness has been great. Daniel, aka Otis, met us one morning to assess our kitchen project and potential work in our mater bathroom and had an estimate for us later that day. His prices are very reasonable (matching or beating our original estimates). Scheduling the work was easy and he even accommodated a last minute scheduling conflict. The contractor was on time, professional and worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself....read full review
