Wasn't at all expensive. They looked over my dog and gave me prescription medication with 3 refills for her infected tooth ! Really appreciate them!

A pretty popular place, based on the amount of clients. We came in at the scheduled appointment time and were seen within 10 minutes. The price was quite reasonable. We will switch to this vet for sure.

Where do I begin so a couple of years ago I took my male cat to this clinic because he was showing signs of diabetic related issues. I understand this clinic is old but it really could use a makeover and possibly a good cleaning considering that it smelled a wet dog. Prices are reasonable and the veterinarian care was adequate. I was disappointed in the customer service that the front desk provides. The ladies at the front desk seem to be overwhelmed and overworked. Just recently my female cat had an emergency. I called Dundalk animal hospital to see if I can get her in and was denied and told to go to Eastern. This was after I waited on hold for almost an hour. We took her to Eastern and the prognosis was not good. They suggest that we euthanize her. Eastern's prices are high so my husband stopped in at Dundalk to talk with them about possible euthanization and see if we could get a second opinion and have the doctor look at the blood work. I don't know who that receptionist is but she is nasty. Not only was she rude to my husband, she told him that the doctor wouldn't even bother to come and look at the blood and we wouldn't be able to get her euthanized until the 20th of the month. My recommendation is do not go to this clinic take your pets elsewhere especially Eastern animal hospital because they treated not only my cat but my family with care.

I took my beloved Tebow to Dundalk Animal Hospital for end of life services. From the front desk person to the doctor and vet tech, it was a very nice experience. (As nice as it could be) The front desk receptionist was so sweet when I scheduled the dreaded appointment. Dr. Mooney was very compassionate and patient with us. He didn't rush the procedure and took the time to answer every question. I know these establishments often get poor reviews, but in a lot of situations, we receive news we don't want to hear. I couldn't have had a better experience. They definitely understood our pain.

Can’t even get em to answer the phone When they do, they put you on hold for like 30 minutes I don’t have that long to wait to make an appointment. It ridiculous, I’ve been going here for years but how can I continue if I can’t even get them to get me and appointment??? Their customer service is awful. Never heard anything back Now , months later, same issue They have no idea how to run that business I pay alot for my dog to go there but they cant even answer a phone when I need them to I’ll be going elsewhere and telling anyone that’s will listen how terrible they are

Always caring and professional service that isn't overpriced. Most front desk is friendly. Been going here for my cats and dogs for 30yrs. and plan to continue. Added... Something needs to be done about their scheduling. If they can't get pets in to be seen at reasonable time frames what is going on? Do they need to hire more Veterinarians. My cat needs antibiotics and a antihistamine. And I have to wait 14 days for her to be seen and get that. That's insane. They need to bring walk ins back. Or hire more vets. Maybe it's time for a new place. Why is the wait time so long?

Sadly, we lost our beloved girl Eagle yesterday 10/22/2024. Everyone at Dundalk Animal Hospital was compassionate during her passing. Thank you to everyone during this difficult time. I'd highly recommend Dundalk Animal Hospital.
