Clearway Pain Solutions - Dundalk

I have been going to Clearway Pain Soluctions for a few years now. I mostly go to the white Marsh location but when I run into the problem where there are no more appointments at that location , they always make sure I can get an appointment for the day before and that will mean I go to the Dundalk location. They people at the Dundalk location are friendly and the do their best to get you in and out by your appointment time. I see Dallia at both locations and I have no problems at all. They care about their patients and take care of them for everything they need which has to do with Pain Management and if you need a different doctor they will give you a referral to see...read full review

The five stars ⭐️ is for the back office. The nurses and doctors are always professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. The front office where you have to check in is where they are nasty, rude, unprofessional, like sitting there talking bad about a doctor or a patient. I have worked in the healthcare field and I know how you are supposed to handle yourself and these ladies need to be retrained. This is the Dundalk office.

Recently, I received treatment at the Dundalk location and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and overall experience.  But I have to give special recognition to Hailey.  Leading up to my appointment, there was a mix up on my appointment and after we spoke, Hailey went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.  More importantly, the genuine care and compassion demonstrated by Hailey was much appreciated.  She truly was looking out for my best interest.  I can't thank you enough.
