i had an appointment for 9:30 on july 24 that i set a month ago since they only take kids on certain days and them being pretty booked up when i arrived it was a LOBBY FULL of people i didnt get called back until an hour after my appointment time so 10:30 the entire time i was waiting i made multiple calls once i get to the back they are saying i cant talk on a phone and expected me to just hang the phone up with no time to wrap up the conversation once i arrived back into the lobby to finish my call the lady gonna tell me i cant be in the lobby on the phone neither they are unprofessional , extremely bad communication their was only one gentleman with dread and braces... read full review

My brother went in 2 weeks ago, he knows my fear of dentist and needles. He said he had the best experience ever. I went in today! Brandon my X-ray tech was da freaking bomb. Professional, friendly, patient, made me feel like a QUEEN ??. Then Dr LO cleaned my teeth, didn’t feel no pain and my teeth were not in the best shape. Her professional demeanor and bedside love lulled me in to the most comfortable place. When Dr S came in I was already on a cloud of the best customer service I had felt in a minute. He sized me up, gave me a plan and I will be back next Monday to start my denture journey. The receptionist was so pleasant and made sure all my paperwork and insurance... read full review

He was gentle, thorough, and clearly very skilled at what he does. His attention to detail and calm demeanor made the entire appointment smooth and stress-free.
