Melody/the entire staff are absolutely lovely. They are so welcoming and encouraging. As someone that’s VERY particular about her curly hair, they have eased my fears and followed through on excellent services.
They are great about consulting/getting to know you before they start a service and offer honest feedback, teaching you hair care strategies that actually work, conscientious, have good conversations and generally good people I won’t go anywhere else!
It’s also nice to see that the staff is so supportive of each other!
Melody did an amazing job on my color. I went from Black to light brown. It looks so good. Then I had some time, so I had my eyebrows waxed by Kelsie. Wow, what a difference. So happy.
