I wanted to give Chesapeake Health & Fitness a huge shout out for keeping the gym so welcoming and clean. I have enjoyed being back at the gym and want to say the instructors that are teaching the classes are amazing.. I did body pump a few times now and Virginia, wow, she is so professional, strong, fun and I could go on and on. I left her class and want to book every class with her. I also did yoga a few Wednesday's ago and the instructor was truly the best yoga teacher I have met. THANK YOU, for keeping the gym a place I want to come back to.

Fantastic local gym with great classes. My first Bodypump class I had no idea what to set up or do but my instructor, Kristin, welcomed me quickly with a smile and helped me to get set up. I’ve been a member 4 months now and have taken a ton of classes and enjoyed very one. Roxie, Virginia, and Kristin have amazing bodypump classes. The atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging. Each instructor does a great job of bringing the group together, offering individual alternative movements as needed, and also challenging to meet individual goals. CHF was really nice! They entire place is updated and very clean. I was really impressed with the class I took. It was such a great value and the staff is polite and extremely helpful. I can not wait to take more classes here.
