I needed help fixing my thermostat and HVAC after trying to replace the thermostat myself and shorting a fuse. Brian talked me through it on the phone for close to 40 minutes and was unbelievably patient and kind, and didn't call me a moron once, even though I may have deserved it. I can't thank him enough for his detailed and thorough help, and great pizza spot recommendations. Will absolutely be calling him back for any HVAC needs.

Not only did he correct the problem and get the a/c working again but he cleaned out the roof units to ensure everything is running efficiently and effectively .
