Not responsive. I called and left voicemail. I emailed. No one had the courtesy to return my messages. It just sucks when you try to use local businesses when they don't even respond. This place is a half mile from my home, but instead had to have someone come in from Glen Burnie.
Our well pump failed and we called Arundel Well on Sunday night. Brian came to the house at 9am the next day and we had a new pump, a new switch, and running water by noon. Brian was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. We were so happy to have water in the house again! We highly recommend Arundel Well and Pump!
I have used other service providers before and Arundel Well and Pump stands out above all the rest. Totally professional. They responded timely to my call for help, did a complete job and showed concern to minimize the disruption of my lawn as they repaired underground piping. They also took time to explain the work to me. Very reasonably priced.
