The furnace in my condo was blowing cool air on the first really cold day (20 degrees wind chill) we had recently. Fortunately Riley from Ron Air came out to check it and resolved the problem. I appreciate that he took the time to figure out why there was no heat, even calling his manager to verify the solution. I also want to compliment Melissa, in the office, who is efficient, helpful and pleasant.

I would recommend them for service of A/C. They identified leak in evaporator coil and worked with me on various repair ooptions with associated risk without trying to upsell. They were able to repair the current system and charged less than original quote due to quicker repair. Cody walked me through the repair and showed the repaired coil before closing the system back up. Excellent work and communication throughout his repair.
